Our story

Built by people who wanted better workdays

"We didn't just want to rent desks. We wanted to build a place where Hyderabad's best minds could collide."

In 2018, Tarun Mor and Ekta Bansal Mor looked at the workspace landscape in Hyderabad and saw a gap not in square footage, but in soul. Traditional offices were rigid. Cafés were too casual. Nobody was building a middle ground that truly felt like home.

So they built CoKarma. Starting from a single centre, they created an environment that was inclusive, flexible, and buzzing with energy where a bootstrapped founder could sit next to a corporate team and both would thrive.

Today, CoKarma runs across six prime locations in Hyderabad, from HITEC City to Begumpet, each one designed with the same obsessive care for community and craft.

CoKarma is founded
Tarun Mor and Ekta Bansal Mor launch the first CoKarma centre in Hyderabad with a vision to build India's most community-driven coworking brand.
2019
Expanding across Hyderabad
New centres open in HITEC City and Kondapur — the heart of Hyderabad's startup and tech ecosystem.
2021
Kokapet & Financial District
Expanding into Hyderabad's emerging business zones — serving enterprises and large teams with managed offices up to 350 seats.
